Below are some frequently asked questions that should give you some insight into how it will be working with Premier Integrated Healthcare.

Here at Premier Integrated Healthcare, we strive to create a positive experience, that you can expect to see results with. We will work with you to develop an individualized plan to help manage both your medical and behavioral health illnesses with evidence-based treatments.

Simply answer a few questions, book an appointment, and connect via the phone or online to discuss a treatment plan for you.

 The difference between the two is, therapy you will work with a certified and licensed therapist to discuss your personal challenges and develop new skills to move forward through life. However a therapist can not prescribe medication. Where as a Psychiatrist or Licensed Prescriber can prescribe the necessary medications to help you manage your mental illness. Both are beneficial in seeing results.

Premier Integrated Healthcare is currently accepting the following Insurances: Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna Healthcare, Cigna Healthcare, United Healthcare, Optum, Magellan, AHCCCS American Indian Health Plan  and Humana Healthcare.

Premier Integrated Healthcare is also accepting Visa, Mastercard Card , along with cash/private pay.

Currently, our hours of availability are Monday and Tuesday 9am-5pm; Saturday 10am-2pm, Mountain Time. Call for other arrangements

You can simply click one of the buttons that says ” Let’s Get started” or “Book an Appointment”. After answering a few short questions, you will be directed to a calendar with available dates and times.

Premier Integrated Healthcare currently has a 24-hour cancellation policy. To cancel an appointment reach out to us via phone to notify us of your cancellation within 24 hours. If you cancel within less than 24 hours you may be charged a cancellation fee, up to the full session cost.

With Premier Integrated Healthcare, we want you to feel as comfortable as possible, which is why we strive to make the process as easy as we can. Before your appointment, you will receive an email from us with detailed instructions for your appointment with your online prescriber.

Appointment Costs can vary, depending upon which form of payment you use, and if you have insurance coverage. If you are using your insurance benefits, you can call the customer service number on the back of your card to confirm your specific benefits.

You can ask, “What are my behavioral health benefits?” to find out how much you would pay for a therapy session.

With Premier Integrated Healthcare your safety, security and privacy are our top priorities. We use only HIPAA-compliant, encrypted software that is designed and tested to keep your personal data secure.

We follow the highest national standards for security and privacy for all clients and therapists.

Your Premier Integrated Healthcare Video Tele-Psych sessions are NEVER recorded. Your personal data, medical information, and private communications are all hosted on HIPAA-compliant, SSL-encrypted servers.
